Volunteers use a variety of equipment to measure stream water turbity, ph, and other characteristics.
The Environmental Alliance for Senior Involvement  (EASI) has been collecting physical and chemical stream data in Adams County for over 17 years.  Data has been collected at 32 sites.  Currently, there are 6 monitoring stations that are active (see list of active stations below).
